As Founder and Principal of Tidewater Public Affairs, Trace leads government relations, business development, and grant consulting initiatives for public, nonprofit, and private-sector clients. His early government experience includes roles in the Texas House of Representatives, Texas Department of Agriculture, and U.S. House of Representatives, providing deep insight into policymaking and stakeholder engagement.
